Lead capture and sales follow-up
Receives leads from the authorised sources, drops the duplicates, assigns an owner and keeps the origin attached to the outcome. This is where the forms would live once they are qualified.
The request is written into Zenvox. At this vendor none of the four actions is announced — and replying to private messages opens no rights over lead forms.
7 days, 20 answered calls, no card
The lead is written into Zenvox as a request worth qualifying, and it gets there through an import you approve or through a CRM you authorised. No automatic retrieval is announced at this vendor: the current official pages could not be loaded when the check was run, and an archived official sample shows the principle without amounting to a technical validation today.
Two very different things are being asked of this vendor: receiving the completed form, and telling the network what became of that lead. They share neither an authorisation nor a qualification status. And the add-on that lets the receptionist reply to private messages on Instagram and Messenger opens no rights over lead forms.
A lead form on Facebook or Instagram opens inside the app, prefilled; the volume arrives fast, and it does not wait for office hours.
This is the most cautious of the seven pages, and the reason is documented: the vendor's current official pages could not be loaded when the check was run. What is left is an official sample archived in 2025, which shows the principle without amounting to a technical validation today. All four lines are therefore still to qualify, and none of them is announced.
| Action | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Read | To qualify | An archived official sample shows a completed form being delivered by a web callback. The principle is clear; the current version of the format, the list of permissions and the app review the vendor requires all still have to be established against up-to-date documentation. |
| Create | To qualify | The current surface for retrieving a lead is not certified by this research. Until it is, a lead enters your workspace through an import you approve, and not through a connection presented as automatic. |
| Update | To qualify | The contract for sending outcomes back to the network is not certified either. So returning a commercial outcome — appointment held, contract signed — is not promised here, even though it is the thing that would make the delivery smarter. |
| Cancel | To qualify | Withdrawal, correction and deletion need the vendor's current documentation to be handled properly. In the meantime a withdrawal of consent is recorded and honoured in your workspace, which keeps the register. |
Answering the calls a social campaign produces, qualifying them and passing them along is in your base: an ad adds nothing to your phone reception and takes nothing away from it. Receiving the forms and following their outcome is the acquisition add-on. Replying to private messages on the network is a third thing again, with its own permissions.
With this vendor, the authorisation depends on a review on their side. Here is what that means in practice for an installation.
A pool installer in late March, running a seasonal opening campaign. Since nothing is qualified with this vendor, the lead comes in through an import the owner approves, and then the receptionist calls back.
ReceptionistHello, I am calling you back about your pool opening request. Let me take your name and a callback number first, in case we get cut off.
CustomerHi. It is for the opening, and I think the pump is making a weird noise.
ReceptionistI am noting both. Is it an in-ground pool or an above-ground one, and what is the address with the postal code?
ReceptionistThank you. Opening slots go fast in the spring, so I am holding a date right now. On the pump, I do not diagnose over the phone — the technician looks at it on site.
The request arrives with the campaign it came from, the type of pool, the address and the two needs kept separate. Nothing is written on the network side: none of the four operations is qualified, and the page does not suggest otherwise.
With this vendor that is the normal case today, and it works perfectly well. A controlled import, or a relay through a CRM you have authorised, fills the role without promising an automation that has not been established.
No: no automatic retrieval is announced at this vendor. The lead comes in through an import you approve or through a CRM you authorised.
Because the vendor current official pages could not be loaded when the check was run. What is left is an official sample archived in 2025, which shows the principle without amounting to a technical validation today.
No: private messaging rights are requested separately and do not unlock the forms. They are two different authorisations, with two different qualification statuses.
The app review the vendor requires and the grant of advanced permissions depending on the route chosen. That is its rule, it has not been obtained in advance, and access involves a business account, a page and an ad account, each with an owner of its own.
You export your leads from the network manager and import them into your workspace, origin included; a CRM you already use can act as the relay if you have authorised it. The calls and the messages the same campaign produces are answered, qualified and passed along as usual.
