Mechanical & tires

The service asked for, the vehicle, and the storage reference when there is one on file. A repair still to be done stays a request: she records it, the shop provides a written estimate before the work starts, and anything added to what was planned waits on your authorisation.

Body shop

The vehicle, the incident as reported and the insurer or payer already known, so the estimate can be set up.

Fleet & mobile service

What it takes care of

The workshop’s estimate reaches the person authorised to approve the work. Approval belongs to a specific version, with the same status attached to the vehicle and team.

What it takes care of

The vehicle, its contract and the authorised decision-maker stay connected. Maintenance visits and work approvals follow the fleet’s rules.

Your rules.
Work moves forward.

Your bays and your capacity. A request takes account of the bays and the hard constraints you declared, not an idealised schedule.

The status you gave her, and nothing beyond it. On work in progress she answers from the status she has. When the information is missing she asks the shop for an update instead of inventing one.

Your slots. She offers permitted time slots and confirms the appointment after it is saved in your calendar. If approval is needed, she passes on the request with a clear next action.

Answers
to your questions.

The details that matter
to a business like yours.

How do I avoid booking work into an occupied bay?

You define services, their duration and the permitted resources. Booking depends on real availability in the calendar in use. If the resource is unsuitable or the action is unavailable in your software, the request stays pending instead of becoming a supposedly confirmed appointment.

Does an appointment authorise the repair to begin?

No. The base records the vehicle and symptom, then prepares the visit. The shop supplies the estimate; Estimates and approvals takes it through to the payer’s agreement. Extra work needs fresh approval, and a vehicle is reported ready only from the status recorded by the shop.

What if the tires are stored at another location?

The tire set reference and storage location are collected before confirming the next step. Tires and season coordinates appointments, storage and seasonal follow-up. A free slot does not prove the tires will be on site; a simple pickup is distinguished from installation that occupies a bay.

Can a driver approve work on a fleet vehicle?

The unit, account and responsible manager are identified. A driver’s agreement does not authorise spending beyond their mandate. Fleets and mobility tracks contracted maintenance and field work; your account rules determine who must approve.

Does the voice have a Quebec accent?

Yes. The customer calling from the parking lot about winter tires hears a voice from here, with a natural Quebec accent in French, one that talks the way he does. Several voices and styles are offered; you choose by hearing the preview say your shop’s own sentences, and the receptionist introduces itself as the shop’s assistant at the start of the call.
