The task it takes over

Where part of your demand is bought or referred, two things happen at once. First: the same person sometimes arrives twice, once through your form and once through a platform, and you risk paying twice for a customer you already had. Second: by month end nobody can say which source produced contracts and which produced noise.

Documented mechanisms here do not resemble each other: a commission taken on a win, contact details paid per lead, a request passed from a manufacturer to its dealer. Each carries its own billing rules, and the basis for a commission differs from the basis for a paid contact.

This add-on links where a prospect came from to what it became. It receives requests from sources you authorised, removes duplicates against what you already hold, assigns an owner, tracks acceptance, follows up by stage, and records won or lost with its reason.

Step by step

  1. Receive

    Requests that came from elsewhere

A website form, a directory, a partner, a matching platform: whichever sources you authorised land where calls land, carrying their source identifier.

  2. Deduplicate

    The same customer, twice

A request matching a direct one already present is reconciled rather than recreated. Both origins are kept: that is what allows the right contract to apply at invoicing.

  3. Assign

    An owner, and their acceptance

The prospect goes to somebody, and acceptance is tracked. An opportunity assigned to nobody is an opportunity nobody handles.

  4. Close

    Won, lost, reason, source

Follow-up tracks the stage of a file and stops on a reply, a refusal or an opt-out. The outcome is matched back to its source, with feedback to whichever ad platforms you authorised.

A wide add-on, with sharp edges

It covers authorised general follow-up, selecting a source or a campaign, and reviews on your Google profile for that same profile. An authorised outbound call belongs to its rights.

What it does not add: pricing an estimate, requesting payment, and dispatching field work. Those are three separate add-ons, and none is forced by this one.

What this changes for your business

Trades and maintenance

Matching platforms send one request to several contractors. Knowing how fast you called back, and what became of the file, decides whether a source is worth its price.

Real estate

A viewing request from a portal and one from a website must meet on the same property file, with the right agent responsible.

Beauty, fitness and classes

A signup from a seasonal campaign is tracked through the trial, then through membership. With no reconciliation, next season gets planned blind.

Garages and auto services

A referral from an insurer or a dealership carries rules of its own. The reason for a loss — delay, price, part unavailable — is worth as much as the count of wins.

What it receives

  • Whichever request sources you authorised
  • Your own direct requests, for reconciliation
  • Sales owners and their territories
  • Follow-up rules and contact preferences

What it produces

  • One prospect, with both origins preserved
  • An assigned owner and tracked acceptance
  • Follow-ups stopping on a reply or an opt-out
  • A won or lost outcome, matched to its source

A contested attribution, a price commitment and a commission declaration stay human decisions. The add-on prepares a file; it does not settle it for you.

What is metered, and what comes from elsewhere

The add-on carries prospects in follow-up, review requests and review reply drafts.

  • Active prospects in follow-up, under whichever scope was chosen
  • Review requests and reply drafts per month
  • Reviews on a Google profile are included for that same profile
  • Calls and messages stay metered on their own channel

What a purchased prospect or a commission costs is billed by the platform concerned, outside a subscription, under its own contract.

Questions about this add-on

The same customer arrives through my form and through a platform. What happens?

The request is reconciled rather than recreated, and both origins are kept. That is what allows the right contract to apply at invoicing, instead of paying twice for a customer you already had.

Does it decide that a commission is owed?

No. A contested attribution, a price commitment and a commission declaration stay human decisions. The add-on prepares the file; it does not settle it for you.

Is there automation with the matching platforms?

None has established automation to date. The commission-on-win model at RénoAssistance and the paid-contact model at RenoQuotes are documented; the exchange interface and permission to automate are not.

Do I need the Google reviews add-on as well?

No. Reviews on your Google profile are included here for that same profile, along with review requests and reply drafts.

Does this add-on price my estimates?

No. Pricing an estimate, requesting payment and dispatching field work are three separate add-ons, and none is forced by this one.
