Who builds Zenvox, and how
A verifiable method rather than an origin story: where your receptionist's questions come from, and what we are not yet.
What Zenvox is today
Zenvox is a receptionist that answers a small business's phone, qualifies the request with the questions of its trade, writes down what it understood and passes it to the owner. Around that sit appointment booking, written channels, request tracking, and the workspace where the owner finds all of it.
The product is being built, and this page will not pretend otherwise. We prefer an about page that says where our decisions come from over an origin story nobody can check.
What can be checked is the method. Our qualification questions are not invented: they come from industry studies we write before writing code, and from trade presets carrying the words, the emergencies and the hard limits of each profession. A roofer and a dental clinic do not ask the same questions, and the register shifts with them: plain speech on a job site, formal address in a clinic. Neither is a writing opinion.
How the product is built
- One dated study per industry, separating what is verified from what is an estimate — and naming its own gaps
- One preset per trade: questions asked, urgency rule, vocabulary, and above all what the receptionist is not allowed to say
- A public catalogue of what exists: eight bases, their inclusions, their add-ons, and the list of operations an offer genuinely permits
- Automatic rules that refuse to publish a page whose claim has no source in that research
The decisions that bind us
- Prices are public and identical for everyone within one section: there is no negotiated price
- What the base includes is written down, and what needs an add-on is written in the same place
- A capability is described when it exists in the product we are building, with its limits beside it
- No testimonial, no customer logo and no in-house statistic appears on this site until it can be verified
What we are not
- Not an agency: we do not build a bespoke agent for one business at a time
- Not a call centre: nobody here listens to your calls to answer them in place of the machine
- Not a licence reseller: the product is ours, and connections to third-party software are described one by one
- Not a practice management system: we feed yours, we do not replace it
What we hold to
- We write what the product does, including the parts we are still building
- We publish limits next to capabilities, on the same page and in the same body of text
- We name the source of our claims, and a page with no source does not get published
- We correct a false sentence in public when someone points it out
What we do not promise
- No company is registered yet: this site therefore names no legal entity, and neither do our legal pages.
- We have no customer to name, no testimonial and no measured result to show.
- We hold no external security certification and display no badge of that kind.
- We keep no office open to the public and no field sales team: everything happens online and in writing.
Writing to us
A question about the method, an error spotted on a page, a request about your data: one address is published today, and it is read.
