Contact us

One address, what to put in it to get a real answer, and what we do not promise.

How to reach us, and what to expect

One address is published today, and it belongs to the person responsible for the protection of personal information. That is a deliberate choice: Law 25 requires a reachable contact, this mailbox exists for it, it is read, and we preferred naming it over inventing three others with nobody behind them.

Write there for everything: a question before you start, a problem while using the product, a request to access or delete data. Say which business you are writing about — that is what lets us find the right file without three rounds of email.

What is not published is not missing by accident: we post no support number, no chat and no response time, because none of those three has been settled. On the day one is, it will be written here with its hours.

What to write depending on your request

  • A question before starting: your trade, your rough call volume, and what you want the receptionist to do
  • A problem on a call: the date and time of the call, and the calling number if you have it
  • A request to access your information: your business name and the address on your account
  • A deletion request: your business name, and what you want erased — your files, one particular person, or everything
  • An error on a page: the page address and the exact sentence you dispute

Your rights, and where to exercise them

  • You export your files, transcripts and archived recordings from your workspace, without writing to us
  • You can also request an export or a deletion by email, and we handle it within the timeframe Law 25 sets
  • Someone who asks not to be contacted again is recorded as such across every channel at once
  • A deletion request also removes derived items — summaries, drafts, attached documents

An incident in progress

  • If your calls stop arriving, remove the forwarding from your handset: your line returns to its previous behaviour immediately
  • Then write, with the time you noticed the problem — that is the single most useful piece of information
  • The workspace keeps the history of calls received: it shows whether the problem sits with us or with your phone carrier
  • We tell you if an incident touches your data, with what we know at the time we write

What we hold to

  • The published address is read by a person, not by a form that disappears
  • An access or deletion request is handled within the timeframe Law 25 sets
  • We answer in writing, so you keep a record of what we said
  • We tell you when we do not know, rather than leaving you waiting for an invented answer

What we do not promise

  • We publish no response time: no commitment of that kind has been settled, and we will not invent one for appearances.
  • We offer no telephone support line, no chat, and no on-site assistance.
  • We run no night or weekend on-call rotation for support questions.
  • We handle no request about a client business's data without verified identity.

The address

Write to the person responsible for the protection of personal information. Give your business name and what you are after; that is what shortens the exchange.
