Courses and progression
Level, prerequisites and the next step: a coherent enrolment avoids a badly placed student and an instructor closing the gap in front of the group.
Enrolling a child is not only finding a spot: it is checking who pays and who decides. The request is written into Zenvox; third-party access to the platform is unknown.
7 days, 20 answered calls, no card
The request is written into Zenvox: participant, the person paying — often two different roles — the program wanted, the stated progress, schedule constraints and the responsible adult. Amilia keeps the truth of enrolments, attendance and packages. A certificate is not written, a credit is not debited and a responsible adult is not changed without authority: this page promises no write.
On access, the research is blunt: third-party access is unknown, so are events, and observing a commercial model does not prove an interface exists. Nothing is asked of you meanwhile — no key, no connector to program — and your online enrolment link is texted out when you have one.
Amilia holds the participants, programs, sessions and packages of dance schools, martial arts clubs and driving schools; at registration the questions all rhyme: is there room left, what is the minimum age, who may pick the child up.
The status below reflects unknown third-party access and low-confidence research. It moves only on documentation obtained.
| Action | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Read | To qualify | Reading programs, remaining capacity and package status would be the obvious use during registration season. Third-party access is unknown to date, and a request to the vendor is the prerequisite. |
| Create | Zenvox native mode | Enrolment is prepared inside Zenvox with participant, program, session wanted and the person paying. The organisation enters it and confirms: a credit is not debited without authority. |
| Update | Zenvox native mode | Changing group touches level, prerequisites and sometimes the package. A qualified instructor validates ability; the receptionist does not move a student on her own initiative. |
| Cancel | Zenvox native mode | A cancellation is taken, time-stamped and passed on, and the freed spot is flagged. A certificate, though, is written by nobody other than the organisation entitled to issue it. |
Answering during classes, identifying participant and payer, capturing program and constraints, stating your policies and passing it on belong to your services base. Student progress and package handling are named add-ons.
When a minor is enrolled and a parent pays, authorisation is a subject of its own — and it comes before any technical question.
A weekday evening, mid registration season. Classes are keeping the whole team busy. The call is taken by Zenvox.
ParentHi, I would like to enrol my daughter in the Saturday dance class. She is eight.
ReceptionistLet me take your name, a callback number, and your daughter name. Has she taken classes with us before, and at what level?
ReceptionistI am also noting who the responsible adult is and who will pick her up. The school confirms the spot and the level; the instructor validates the group.
The school receives a complete enrolment request: participant, age, stated level, session wanted, responsible adult, contact details. Nobody promised a spot in a group whose level the instructor had not validated.
That is today status, and the service runs fully in Zenvox native mode.
No. Enrolment is prepared inside Zenvox with participant, program, session wanted and the person paying, and the organisation enters it and confirms. A credit is not debited without authority.
No: a certificate is written by the organisation entitled to issue it, and by nobody else. A lesson hour that did not happen is not recorded, whatever the reason for the absence.
Participant, payer and legal guardian are identified separately, and each role is recorded. That is what makes it possible to know who may ask for what.
No: changing group touches level, prerequisites and sometimes the package. A qualified instructor validates ability, and the receptionist does not move a student on her own initiative.
Third-party access is unknown, so are events, and observing a commercial model does not prove an interface exists. Nothing is asked of you meanwhile, and your online enrolment link is texted out when you have one.
