Gyms
Several plans, access by time band, a summer freeze: in a gym, contract questions come in on the same line as training questions.
Joining, pausing, credits left and renewal: membership admin stops interrupting a class.
7 days, 20 answered calls, no card
A studio lives on memberships, and memberships generate one very specific call: “how many classes do I have left?”, “I am away a month, can I pause?”, “I want out”. None of those can wait until a six o'clock class ends, and none is settled in thirty seconds.
This add-on holds membership administration. It knows which plan covers what, how many credits remain, when renewal falls due, and what a contract says about pausing or cancelling. It answers from that contract rather than from a hunch.
In Québec a gym membership is a successive-performance service contract governed by law, notably on cancellation and automatic renewal. A principle held here is simple: no member is told they cannot cancel. They hear what their contract provides, and their request reaches you.
Your plans, what they entitle, how long they run, how pauses and cancellations work: entered once. Zenvox answers from approved content.
Classes left, coaching sessions, access to reserved time bands: entitlement state is readable and updates as bookings consume it.
A request is recorded with its date, attached to a contract, and passed on with whatever that contract provides. A decision that belongs to you stays yours.
A term is tracked and renewal offered in time, with applicable rules stated. Edge cases go to a team rather than resolving themselves.
A Services base already checks a person's existing entitlement in order to book them a spot: that check stays included, and this add-on does not resell it.
What it adds is managing a membership itself: creating, pausing, changing, renewing, tracking credits and services owed. Collecting money stays separate: managing an entitlement is not taking a payment.
Several plans, access by time band, a summer freeze: in a gym, contract questions come in on the same line as training questions.
Class cards, monthly passes, expiring credits: members want an exact figure, and an approximate figure creates a complaint.
Blocks of sessions sold upfront and consumed over weeks. What remains owed must be clear on both sides.
You write plans and rules. Zenvox answers from approved content, records a request and passes it to you; it negotiates no cancellation and lets nobody believe a contract cannot end.
An allowance here covers active memberships and plans.
Recurring debits and fees charged by your payment provider stay with them: this add-on tracks an entitlement rather than billing it.
A status below is technical qualification. With no qualified connection, membership state lives in Zenvox.

No. Collecting money stays separate: managing an entitlement is not taking a payment. Recurring debits and your payment provider's fees stay with them; this add-on tracks an entitlement rather than billing it.
A dispute, a case outside a contract, and edge cases at renewal time. An ordinary renewal is offered in time, with the applicable rules stated.
Active memberships or plans, counted while they are active, and the contracts tracked with their services owed and renewal dates. Inbound calls stay metered on the base, and checking an existing credit ahead of booking stays included there.
