The request is written into Zenvox: homeowner, address, nature of the problem, stated roof age and workable times. Captures, models and measurements stay inside Hover, which keeps the truth of them. Creating a capture and retrieving a measurement are operations the vendor describes; none has been exercised from Zenvox yet, and this page does not announce them as settled.
Research runs richer here than elsewhere in this batch. Creating and managing captures, retrieving measurements and models, reading statuses are described operations, and webhook updates are announced. Two reservations travel with them: estimate generation inside that app is proven, yet a full chain through an interface remains unconfirmed, and deliverable availability in Canada went unvalidated by testing.
Hover turns photos into areas, pitches and openings; a measurement does not give decking condition under a shingle, and nobody should sell a full reroof off photos alone.

What is included, what needs an add-on
Answering a leak call at five in the morning, telling water running down a ceiling apart from a price enquiry about next year, alerting immediately: that is your base. Asking for photos at a right moment and chasing an estimate is an add-on — and on a full reroof, an add-on paying its own way.
Authorisation, and where truth sits
What follows applies once a connection is installed, and not one day earlier.
