Why this page does not open with a number

Most results pages on the market show a huge percentage and a line from an anonymous customer. Anyone can write that in ten minutes, and nobody can check it. We took the other road: publish first how each measure is calculated, so that on the day a number appears, someone can contradict it.

The product follows the same rule. In your workspace, the Results screen shows a measure only with its published definition, and shows an outcome only when it is substantiated. When activity is still too thin, it says so and leaves the space empty rather than filling it with an example.

As of today, no customer case is published on this site. That is not a writing oversight: not one yet exists that is measured, authorised by the customer concerned, and verifiable by anyone other than us.

What you are looking at

A method page, not a scoreboard. It carries the definitions of the measures your workspace calculates, and a written example of how you read them. No data on this page comes from a customer: when a case is published, it will carry the name of the business that authorised it, the period covered and the method used.

A Monday morning, the owner opens his workspace and writes to his receptionist.

OwnerHow many requests came in last month, and how many turned into an appointment?

ReceptionistHere is the full month. «Captured request» means: a call or message where a name, a way to call back and the need were written down. «Confirmed appointment» means: a slot written to your calendar and accepted by it, not an intention.

OwnerAnd the calls that led nowhere, where are they?

ReceptionistCounted separately, with their reason: nobody on the line, outside your service area, wrong number, or a request that has nothing to do with you. Every figure opens onto the list of conversations behind it.

OwnerCan I say this brought back signed work?

ReceptionistNot from this screen. It shows what came in, what got booked and what got resolved. Tying a signed contract to a call means matching where a request came from to a sales outcome — that is what lead tracking does, and it has to be switched on.

The owner leaves with two figures he can explain to his accountant, and an openable list behind each one. No marketing formula, no «recovered revenue» amount with no method behind it.

The published definitions

A measure without a definition is an opinion. These are the ones the workspace calculates.

  • Conversation: one complete exchange with a person, on any channel — that is the counted unit, and its length changes nothing
  • Captured request: a conversation where a name, a way to call back and the need were written down
  • Priority call: a conversation matching the urgency rule you wrote, which triggered the alert
  • Confirmed appointment: a slot written to a calendar and accepted by it — a pending booking request counts separately
  • Conversation with no follow-through: nobody on the line, outside the service area, wrong number, or a request unrelated to your business, with the reason kept
  • Origin of a request: where a request came from matched to a sales outcome, calculated only when lead tracking is active

Every figure is tied to the conversations that produced it. A figure you cannot open is not displayed.

What these measures need in order to exist

The first five definitions are calculated by the base of your section, with nothing added. The sixth needs an add-on, because linking a sale to a call means handling data that is not ours.

What is switched on here

Lead capture and sales follow-up

Matches where a prospect came from to the commercial outcome; without it, the origin of a request stays a guess.

Quality and practice

Shows what works and what fails in conversations, with the real excerpts — the measure that improves the next one.

What this page does not say

Four limits, written down before anyone asks for them.

  • No customer case is published: we do not hold a single one that is measured, authorised and verifiable
  • No «recovered revenue» amount appears here, because it would depend on your close rate and your average job value, which we do not measure
  • The definitions above describe what the workspace calculates; the measures appear as your own activity produces them
  • A figure from another industry or another country says nothing about your business, and we will not publish one in place of ours

Where to next

Until results can be published, there is enough here to judge on substance.
