LMN

LMN keeps your estimates and your contracts; Zenvox keeps the request and the call. An exported estimate is not an accepted estimate, and the receptionist does not claim it is.

Where your request lands

The request is written into Zenvox: customer, address, type of work, stated area and workable times. LMN keeps the truth of the estimate, the contract and its milestones. No third-party interface is proven for this software, nor is reading an inbound sales status: so this page announces no connection.

Research recorded a specific chain: estimate export toward accounting, invoices built from a contract, plus a configurable status change at export. It also recorded what that chain proves nothing about: a status change at export is no proof a customer accepted.

LMN prices from hours and materials and turns a signed contract into invoices; the season is short here, and an estimate lost in spring is lost for a year.

Read, create, update, cancel

A source of truth on acceptance is separate from an export. This whole matrix follows from that distinction.

ActionStatusWhat that means
ReadTo qualifyFinding a customer, estimate or contract would assume an unproven third-party interface, plus rights still awaiting vendor confirmation.
CreateZenvox native modeAn estimate request gets created inside Zenvox during a call: project type, site scale, address, target season. An estimator picks it up in LMN.
UpdateZenvox native modeEstimate status belongs to your sales chain. Zenvox moves nothing there, and above all infers acceptance from no successful export.
CancelZenvox native modeCancelling a contract or a billing milestone touches a signed commitment. A human does that, inside a vendor tool.

What is included, what needs an add-on

Come spring, a landscaper answers from an excavator seat or answers nothing. Taking every call, telling a large build apart from a maintenance enquiry, noting scale and address, alerting immediately on a big job: that is your base, and that is what fills a book ahead of competitors.

Add-ons for working with this software

Assisted estimates

A file built during a call, then follow-up until an answer is clear. On landscape builds, an estimate leaves in spring while a decision lands weeks later: absent follow-up, it fades.

Contracts and recurring service

Seasonal maintenance, spring openings, fall closings and renewals: a contract customer is identified from the records you authorise.

Authorisation, and where truth sits

There is no connection to authorise. What follows says who holds truth on what.

  • Your account stays yours; Zenvox asks for no credentials
  • LMN holds truth on pricing, contracts and billing milestones
  • Estimate acceptance gets observed where a customer gave it, rather than at a successful export
  • Zenvox holds truth on a call: what was asked, by whom, at what hour, plus a recording

Tax, site, estimate and invoice mapping remains untested, and vendor payment methods remain to qualify.

A Tuesday in late April, peak season. An owner stands on a site, machine running.

CustomerI want my driveway redone in pavers, plus a retaining wall along one side of my house.

ReceptionistTaking a name and a callback number first. Do you have any idea of that area, in feet or metres, even roughly?

ReceptionistIs that work for this season, or are you planning ahead for next year? Noting an address with a postal code, then an owner calls you back to set an estimate visit.

An owner receives a full request while working: project type, scale, target season, address. He calls back that evening and books a visit. No price was floated over a phone, since paver work gets priced on a site.

If no connection exists

That is today, and it costs your season nothing.

  • A request gets created in Zenvox, carrying project scale and target season
  • An estimator re-enters it in LMN once, instead of calling back to obtain it
  • Estimate follow-up leaves without anybody thinking about it, stopping at an answer
  • No base capability rests on a vendor interface

Questions about this connection

Does a successful export mean the customer accepted?

No. A status change at export is no proof a customer accepted: acceptance gets observed where the customer gave it. Zenvox does not infer acceptance from a successful export.

Is there a connection to LMN?

No third-party interface is proven for this software, nor is reading an inbound sales status: so this page announces no connection. The estimate request is created inside Zenvox during the call.

What changes during the season?

Come spring, a landscaper answers from an excavator seat or answers nothing. Every call is taken, a large build is told apart from a maintenance enquiry, scale and address are noted, and a big job raises an alert straight away.

Does the estimator have to re-enter everything?

He re-enters it once in LMN, instead of calling the customer back to obtain it. LMN holds truth on pricing, contracts and billing milestones; Zenvox holds the call, with its hour and its recording.

What about chasing the estimate?

It leaves without anybody thinking about it and stops at an answer. On landscape builds the estimate goes out in spring while the decision lands weeks later: the Assisted estimates add-on holds that follow-up, connected or not.
