What the base does not do

What you are charged.

No setup fee. Setting you up, writing your rules into the receptionist and testing the line are part of what you already pay. The frozen catalogue carries a setup and an activation charge of zero on all eight bases, and this page fails to render rather than print otherwise.
One local number, included. A local number comes with the base. Keeping the line you already have is a matter of forwarding, checked with your carrier while we set you up.
Third-party charges stay third-party. Where a tool of yours bills its own connection or usage, that charge belongs to that supplier and is shown under its own name. It is not folded into your base.
Month to month. The base is a monthly price before tax. Changing industry, changing base or stopping is a decision you make on your side, in your own account.

Why is the price different from one industry to the next?
Because the intake behind it is different. A veterinary call and a table request do not collect the same things, do not route the same way and do not carry the same risk of getting it wrong. The eight bases are eight builds of the same product, and each carries its own price.
What counts as one of the 50 calls?
A Standard call answered by your receptionist. The exact rule for what happens past the included volume is shown to you when you choose your offer — it is settled there, in your account, and not in a marketing footnote.
Can I switch base later?
Yes. The base follows the work you do, so a business that changes shape changes base. What was collected under the old base stays yours and stays readable.
Are the add-on prices going to appear here?
They appear on the day an add-on can be switched on, alongside what it does and what it needs. Publishing a price for something you cannot buy yet is how a price stops meaning anything.
