The base is the same product in every industry — what changes is the intake behind it: the questions asked, the words used, and what a request has to carry to be useful.

Five things hold on all eight bases, and each of them is read from the same catalogue as your offer.
The base price is one number. What sits around it — what gets counted, and how — has its own page, because a footnote would not do it justice.

Public entry prices of AI receptionists in Canada, read on their official pages on that date. A plan counted in minutes runs out with long calls; your base counts answered calls.

No setup fee. Setting you up, writing your rules into the receptionist and testing the line are part of what you already pay. There is no setup fee and no activation fee on any of the eight bases.
One local number, included. A local number comes with the base. Keeping the line you already have is a matter of forwarding, checked with your carrier during setup.
Third-party charges stay third-party. Where a tool of yours bills its own connection or usage, that charge belongs to that supplier and is shown under its own name. It is not folded into your base.
Month to month. The base is a monthly price before tax. Changing industry, changing base or stopping is a decision you make on your side, in your own account.
Your base price is fixed.
Everything else is added when you want it.
No. There is no setup fee and no activation fee on any of the eight bases. It is not a promotion: no struck-through amount, no fee to waive.
You add volume at any time from your workspace, in seconds. You follow your usage there live, and you can also ask your receptionist for it in writing.
Your industry sets the ways of working on offer, the vocabulary used and the optional tasks that exist. A veterinary call and a table request do not collect the same things or route the same way. The reception included rests on the same foundation in all eight bases: the same set of reception actions, built eight ways.
Yes. Every task is included in your free trial: try it, keep the ones that help you. Its page says exactly what it does for you.
No. Answering, qualifying, booking, alerting and passing requests on are included in all eight bases. A task adds extra work; it does not unlock reception, and nothing is switched on by default.
Yes. Removing it leaves the base and the other tasks intact, and the task’s data stays exportable under your account’s rules.
The one that clears your bottleneck. When quoting waits for the evening, the task that prepares the file and follows up the quote you sent. When requests arrive from a platform or a partner, the one that removes duplicates, assigns an owner and matches the result to its source. When a no-show costs a slot, the deposit requested during the conversation, with the cancellation rule stated at the same moment. When several crews share the work, the one that assigns jobs and shows where requests pile up.
Your client's: the business name you enter is theirs. You then hand the account over to them from your workspace, and they become its owner.
One conversation answered by your receptionist in Standard voice, whatever its length: two minutes or twelve, it is one call. Hearing a voice preview does not count.
Yes. The base follows the work you do, so a business that changes shape changes base. What was collected under the old base stays yours and stays readable.
Your call records, transcripts, archived recordings and accounts are kept in our database in Canada. Real-time voice processing is entrusted to a US-based subprocessor, which keeps a copy for at most 7 days; the privacy impact assessment (PIA) Law 25 calls for on that transfer is being drafted.
